Spearheaded and project managed the publication of Impossible: The Cookbook – the only cookbook of its kind in the plant-based meat category. Pitched and secured over 20+ chefs and culinary personalities to contribute to the book and oversaw its launch PR campaign that included an experiential virtual event to raise funds for nonprofit organization, No Kid Hungry.
